My name is Glen Hester and my family has been taking people on treks into the southern Wind River Mountains, the South Pass gold mining district and deep into the Red Desert for over 70 years. My Grand father started taking folks out rock hunting and gold prospecting in the 1930's. My father was a hunting and fishing outfitter and guide, during the 1950's and 60's. I started guiding in 1960 at the age of 16 and have continued taking individuals and families on trips into the Wind River Mountains and out on the Red Desert.
